Instructions to make Idli chili dry:
- Wash the veggies in dices. Cut slit the green chillies. Finely chop the ginger. Used garlic granules instead of fresh garlic cloves. (Due to lockdown not available)..
- Heat oil, add garlic granules, ginger and green chillies. Saute it. Add onions. Cook for few seconds. (Don't over cook, should feel the crunchy ness of the onion.).
- Now add the capsicum, cook for few seconds, same like the onions. Add the sauce's, salt and the chopped idli's. (had idlis made in advance)..
- Mix well, add a pinch of sugar. Give a nice toss. Serve hot hot idli chili dry. (Even spring onions not available due to lockdown).
