How To Make Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookies
- 1/2 cup Butter, softened
- 1 large Egg
- 1/2 cup Truly Zero Erythritol (Get it: Amazon)
- 1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
- 2 tbsp. Sugar Free Maple Syrup
- 3/4 cup Almond Flour
- 1/4 cup Coconut Flour
- 1 tsp. Baking Powder
- 1/2 tsp. Salt
- 1/2 cup Sugar Free Chocolate Chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350F.
- Cream together the butter, egg, erythritol, maple syrup, and vanilla.
- Mix in almond flour, coconut flour, and baking powder.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Drop cookies onto baking sheet (greased or lined with parchment)
- Bake cookies for 15-18 minutes.
- Allow cookies to cool on pan for 30 minutes before removing.
